Rec Soccer and FC TEANECK coaches supervise the team, manage games, conduct practices and training sessions. All coaches agree to the Coaches Code of Conduct and are required to:
REC Soccer Coaches & Asst Coaches
Be at least 14 years of age
Complete US Club Soccer's Sideline Sports Doc online course
Complete the RUTGERS SAFETY course
Attend a TJSL coaching clinic
Complete a background check every two years
Attend a preseason coaches meeting
FC TEANECK Coaches
Be at least 18 years of age
Complete US Club Soccer's Sideline Sports Doc online course
Complete an NSCAA soccer coaching course
Complete a US Club Soccer background check every two years
Attend a preseason coaches meeting
An adult volunteer must be present at every team activity.
