Safety: COVID-19 Notification

Parents/Guardians are asked to notify TJSL if their player or a family/household member tests positive or is presumed positive for COVID-19. The email notification will kept confidential by the TJSL Trustees responsible for safety protocols.

Please send an email to COVID@TeaneckSoccer.com with the following information:

• Player's Name
• Player's Squad Name
• Whether it was the Player or Family Member that tested positive or is presumed positive
