REC Soccer: Drop Off & Pick Up Process

There are a number of new processes we will be following this season to keep everyone safe. Here are the steps for drop-off and pick-up:

	Keep your player home if s/he is not feeling well. Please notify TJSL if you have a COVID case or presumed case in your household at . The information will be kept confidential by the TJSL safety team.
	Complete the online Health Screen Questionnaire prior to arriving at the field. Visit Health Screen Process for directions. The questionnaire must be completed by a parent each day the player is on a field. The daily questionnaire is available beginning at noon for weeknights and 5am for Sundays.
	Be ready to play. Bring a ball, the training pinnie and water - and label everything with your player's name. Wear the squad's TJSL training shirt, shin guards covered by socks, and soccer cleats or sneakers. Remove all jewelry before leaving home. See equipment gear pick-up for details.
	Wear a mask (players & parents) and arrive 10-15 minutes early. Parents must escort U07-U11 players through the Health Check Verification process. Older players can proceed without parents but parents should remain near the field until the player is cleared in case there is an issue.
	Follow the signs. Entry gates are specific to the field that the squad will be using. Know which field your player is on and follow signs to the proper gate.
	Complete the Health Screen Verification. An entry gate volunteer will confirm that the Health Check Questionnaire has been completed and then the player's temperature will be taken. Once cleared, they will be directed to use the available hand sanitizer and to place their items at a Gear Station.
	Respect the social distancing guidelines. Please stay six feet apart when queuing for the Health Screen Verification, watching a session or picking up a player.
	Pick-up players when the session ends. Parents of U07-U11 players must meet the players at the EXIT gate specific to their field (see above diagram). Older players will leave through the EXIT gate and can meet parents at their car. Please reinforce with your players the need to continue social distancing after they exit the field.
